The decision to offer coal from primary sources and secondary/tertiary sources taken with a view to liquidate the pendency
Bilaspur, August 17: South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. (SECL), has issued a notice on Monday to all road mode Linkage Auction FSA consumers drawing coal from SECL, offering coal of lower grade from primary source(s) and coal from secondary/tertiary sources(s).
The decision to offer coal of lower grade was taken with a view to liquidate the pendency. The details are given below:
Supply of coal from lower grade from Primary Source:
Consumers whose Dos are pending for issuance against primary source(s), present grade of supply of booking months as mentioned here under may apply for supply of offered lower grade coal from the respective primary source itself-
Supply of coal from tertiary source:
Consumers whose DOs are pending for issuance against Primary source may apply for supply of coal from respective Tertiary source-
The aforesaid dispensations (A) & (B) are optional as per the Directive of CIL.
The Consumers who have already made their bookings and are willing to procure coal under this dispensation shall have to submit the acceptance for the same within seven working days of the issuance of the notice.
