Eastern Coalfields Ltd. (ECL); a Coal India Ltd. subsidiary, has offered to sell 1 million tonnes of coal through special forward e-Auction for power producers, excluding Captive Power Plant (CPP), for the period August 2020 to January 2021. Total quantity of coal offered is 10 lakh tonnes which is equivalent to 256 rakes, by Rail mode from PUre Italpur Siding. The e-Auction will be conducted by M/s. MSTC limited on July 31, 2020.

The auction shall be conducted on the floor price; i.e. reserve price for each source/lot. Sizing Charges shall be charged extra as applicable as per notification/applicable. All statutory and non-statutory charges as applicable on the day of lifting will be charged.
