COVID hospital with 50 beds at Bhuli, makes bed count 375 in 5 hospitals

Dhanbad, August 7: DC Umashankar Singh and BCCL CMD, P.M. Prasad inaugurated the 50-bed hospital, dedicated to COVID at Bhuli. They inspected the medical clinic, beds, toilets made for the corona infected patients and other facilities accessible to them and convenience of doctors and attendants. During this, he likewise gave numerous essential rules with the goal that the corona affected patients who come here do not face any sort of issue.

After the inauguration, the Deputy Commissioner said that the team of doctors here will be joined by Para medical personnel. Electric kettles have been made available for the patients, for hot water in each ward. On this occasion, Additional Collector Shyam Narayan Ram, Sub Divisional Magistrate Raj Maheswaram, deputed Senior Officer, Land Reformer, Satish Chandra, Executive Magistrate, Sushant Mukherjee, GM (Administration), BCCL, Santosh Sinha, GM (Civil), DN Mahapatra and Hospital in-charge Dr. Abhijeet were present.

The Deputy Commissioner inspected the ‘A’ and ‘B’ wings. He inspected the cleaning of the bathroom, to shift the excess furniture to the store room, the rooms made for doctors and para medical personnel, etc. Also directed to expedite the work. The Deputy Commissioner said that the ‘A’ wing has been scheduled to start by 8 August and the ‘B’ wing by 10 August. On this occasion, Additional Collector, SDM deputed for the spot along with Additional Collector, SDM, Sandeep Kumar Doraiburu (Supply), Zonal Officer Dhanbad Prashant Kumar Lai were present.
