Former Additional Solicitor General gave information about their legality in the workshop organized through webinar.
Dhanbad, August 13: The Law Department of Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. (BCCL) organized a workshop through webinars to improve the noting and drafting. The program was conducted under the mentorship of Sri PVKRM Rao, Director(P), BCCL. Keynote speech was given by Sri Atmanand Nadkarni, Senior Advocate/Formed Additional Solicitor General, Supreme Court of India.
The subject of the workshop was nothing, drafting and its statutory implications in the context of public sector undertakings (PSUs). 75 executives of the company participated in the workshop. They were informed about the legality of noting and drafting and explained about its importance by the Supreme Court advocate and former Additional Solicitor General Atmanand Nadkarni, observing that noting, drafting is one of the most essential components in the operation of any PSU.
The legal problems that can be caused by even a single lapse during noting and drafting was explained in detail. He then answered the questions of the officials involved in the workshop. BCCL Director of Personnel PVKRM Rao was also present at the event held on Wednesday.
