South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), issued a notice on 18.09.2020 informing all the power sector consumers about the recommendations made in the meeting of SLC on 27.07.2020, which was to increase the Annual Contracted Quantity (ACQ) up to 100% of the normative requirement in the cases where ACQ was reduced to 90% of normative requirements based on the SLC (LT) decision of 12.11.2008, adding that the increase would be there for all regular linkages granted/ recommended through SLC (LT).
He further stated that the above-mentioned recommendation of SLC (LT) was to be made effective in respective FSA(s) of all eligibility power sector FSA Consumers by signing an addendum to respective FSA(s).
The General Manager(M&S) asked all eligible power sector consumers to take cognizance of the above-mentioned facts, and advised them to follow the stipulated procedure of submitting paper and documents pertaining to signatory like Board Resolutions, Power of attorney, etc. and to sign the addendum as early as possible.
