Source specific applications to be submitted as per notified modality of drawing coal through road mode under dispensation of change of mode from rail to road mode
Bilaspur, August 17: South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. (SECL), has issued a notice on Monday to power sector consumers intending to draw coal through Road Mode to submit source specific applications till 21 Aug’20 as per notified modalities for the month of July’20.
The notice was issued to all the power sector including IPP (Independent power plant) consumers having effective FSA with SECL intending to draw coal through road mode under dispensation of change of mode from Rail to Road Mode.
The application to be submitted by the consumers against their eligible grade as per FSA & entitlement quantity within the trigger level for release of coal through road mode, from the sources given below
FSA consumers of the power sector have provided dispensation for availing supply of coal of grades lower than the grades mentioned in Scheduled-III of their respective FSAs, without any quantity adjustment, the notice stated. The willing consumer shall have to submit an affidavit as per notice dated 27/03/20, prior to availing the above dispensation.
The offer shown above for different collieries is only a tentative indication of availability of coal for road dispatch, with SECL reserving the right to withdraw or cancel or amend any part of the above notice without assigning any reason thereof.
